The American Board of General Medicine is a non-profit professional organization and consists of the following:

Board of Directors: Consists of the founding physician members and nominated and/or elected members.

2003-2004 President: Dr. Edmond Henson, M.D 

Board of Examiners: Consists of physicians nominated by different medical specialties and professional medical organizations. All the examining phsyicians possess certficates of excellence in their specialties.

Each certficate of qualifications is signed by the president of the ABGM and chief of board of medical examiners.

Administrative Staff:  Consists of employees and contractors of the ABGM. Ms. Nicole Goldman is current administrative assistant.
